This Backstreet Boy is back all right! After tipping the scale at 224 pounds seven months ago, Nick Carter, 27, decided it was time to get in shape.

“I’d become depressed,” he tells Us. “Something deep down inside of me said, I’m tired of being this person, and I’m a good-looking guy!”
