Kevin and Kristin's Wedding

Wedding Info

001 Kristin & Kevin Richardson's wedding took place on June 17, 2000 (6:21PM they said their vows) in his homestate of Kentucky.

002 The invitations to the wedding were printed with a childhood drawing of the campgrounds made by Kevin himself.

003 Kristin's wedding was a beautiful, simple ceremony.

004 She was wearing a very beautiful beige wedding gown. it looked just like robin hood and lady [marian] getting married in a forest

005 She walked on red rose pedals in her bare feet on her way to the alter to a misty-eyed Kevin.

006 Kristin's twin nephews were the ring-bearers.

007 Her (at time) 1 and half year old niece (Brad & Kristen Willits's daughter) was the flower girl - being so young, she needed some help getting down the aisle from her daddy

008 Jill (lastname unkown) was one of her bridesmaids in her simple yet elegant wedding.

009 Kevin's brother tim, a minister performed the wedding ceremony.

010 Jerald jr. was the best man

011 The men wore suits with Versace sandals

012 There was a crowd of 180 guests family/friends.

013 It did rain during the ceremony, but didn't appear to dampen their happiness.

014 There 65,000 worth of flowers, mostly of which were white roses.

015 According to the other bsb members the wedding was a very emotional time for kevin, apparently he was crying a lot in fact, the boys and him were supposed to sing an acappella song, but were not able to due to Kevin's tears and emotions.

016 Kristin & Kevin danced to Savage Garden's "I Knew I Loved You Before I Met You," as the crowd gathered around at the reception.

017 Their love was not the only celebrated that day….as another couple danced to Backstreet Boys music, along with their young relatives, Kevin and Kristin (along with bandmates AJ and Howie) made an appearance at the reception for photos and autographs, just because they knew the young girls were fans.

018 Andre Csillag took pictures at the wedding but they are for his family only.

019 They went on a romantic/private honeymoon to capri, italy & went to the anema e core club in capri (June 17, 2000), the dolce and gabbana fashion show in milan (June 26, 2000), and the versace fashion show (June 26, 2000) also in Milan.

020 On August 25 they had a private party to celebrate their wedding (in Los Angeles, CA).
