I tag by giving credit to the original owner
Photo agency photos are tagged and credited if they are copyrighted
Of course the most important thing about tagging, its not to "steal" any photos by anyone. its simply an innocent thing and not to hog up photos of people we love to see.
Unfortunately hard work has been stolen more later- not by my site but around the internet. Its not fair for those like me, who take our time to put these things together and not to be credited rightfully.
